Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required in order to secure your booking and the balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. Non-payment of the balance will result in loss of the booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of booking conditions detailed below.
Linen
All linen is included in the rental fee, except swimming towels which can be hired at swimming pools. Guests are requested to remove all sheets and pillowcases from the beds, and leave in a pile on the floor, before departure.
Cleaning & damage deposit
A deposit is required at the time of the balance being due. This will be fully refunded unless costs for cleaning or furniture damage are incurred. Rental is priced on guests cleaning the apartment before they leave. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces need to be cleaned down and floors swept. Rubbish must be left in tied bags ready to be put out.
Arrival & departure
We ask that arrivals are after 2pm on Saturday and departure is before 10am on the Saturday of departure. If you would prefer a different time of arrival or departure then please let us know in advance so that we can try to accommodate your requirements.
Non-smoking
For safety reasons, and for the comfort of other guests, the house and apartments are non-smoking. Please only smoke outside.
