There were so many little touches that made this stay thoroughly enjoyable - from the welcoming bottle of wine and cheese upon arrival, the thoughtful toys and books laid out for my daughter during the stay, through to the beautiful garden and breathtaking surrounding views that were at our disposal the entire time! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unique holiday home to anyone. There was so much to do in Briancon and the surrounding areas during the day that it is definitely worth seeing again and in a different season (we visited in the summer). We have many fond memories of this beautiful area of France.

We knew from the outset that this would be an amazing 4 days. Meeting Pippa and walking into this wonderful apartment just confirmed our intuition. We've had everything - snow blizzards and amazing sunshine, great, great skiing...The energy here is fantastic. We hope to return very soon for Pippa's fabulous hospitality and Nathalie's scrumptuous food. Such a beautiful place. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful Pippa! We filled our senses..and there's no better feeling.

This was our first stay with Pippa, and we would recommend her and Snowgums unreservedly. This applies particularly for families with children. Pippa looked after our 6 month old, and was flexible, caring and completely reliable. The accomodation provided an ideal mix of old and new, with modern features tied in nicely to a very old farmhouse. The garden was a joy, and we hope to see it again during the Alpine summer. You have been the perfect hosts, always available to help us in any way. Happy kids and happy parents.

We had two wonderful weeks in one of Pippa's apartment with our 18 month old and baby on the way and found it to be the best holiday yet with children. The apartment was private, spacious but cosy and very adequately equipped to make the entire stay enjoyable and easy going. It's also a very flexible apartment. Our daughter had wonderful fun with the toys provided. Great shower, good beds, and the kitchen worked well too. The farmhouse's location is superb as I have never been anywhere that has so much to offer on its own doorstep, all seasons of the year, plus excellent views etc. Pippa is EXCELLENT with her local knowledge, friendliness, practicality and what she can offer in terms of childcare, as she is easy to contact and very capable as well as being a mum herself and someone who is very stuck into what the locality has to offer. We’ve had a really wonderful time here.
